ORDERING
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging your order request. The requested Order will only be confirmed on receiving full Payment against the order.
We’ll bind under contract (see Terms and Conditions) when your package will dispatch for delivery.Once your order is shipped, you will receive notification via email with the tracking number and the expected date of delivery.
As availability often changes during the course of a day, we suggest placing your order as soon as you have selected a dress.
DELIVERY TIME
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow us up to 4-5 business days from your Order Confirmation date to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
TRACKING
All purchases are shipped via customer’s preferred carrier. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from the respective carrier that your purchase has been delivered.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email immediately (within 24 hours of receiving “Order Request Confirmation” e-mail from Us) to orders@ayeshaazeem.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed (we have received amount against the specific order or dispatched the products) we cannot guarantee the purchased items can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your order, please refer to our Return Policy.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first.
It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties. We don't add any additional taxes, or other hidden charges. You pay us the price showed on our website, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, however, do not incur taxes.
Rules are various from different countries. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out relevant information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, you shall pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay for it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

If the items are detained by customs after the shipment leaves the seller's country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
2. If a very large order is delivered from Pakistan to my country, will customs seize my order?
Yes, it is possible. We suggest you ask us in advance to split your orders into several smaller packagesto avoid possible seizure.
3. If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?
It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.
