Return Policy

We make every effort to not have merchandise that is faulty in any way be shipped. However, in the instance that this may happen, at Company’s discretion we may refund amount for that specific faulty product or exchange the product; as we insist on shipping merchandise in excellent condition. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. Snags, rips, missing embellishments, make-up stains or other damages that affect an item's saleable condition will be returned to the customer. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

We recommend you to assure the quality of product the day you have received your order, in case of any fault found, you MUST send an email to customerservices@ayeshaazeem.com WITHIN 24 hours from the time your order is received, advising us of your order number (found in Order History in ‘My Account’), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem with images of defects found, so that we may investigate this for you. A representative will respond within 24 business hours and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued in case of return.

All of the items that are being returned must arrive within 10 days from the time the RMA # is issued. Please write your RMA# on the outside of the package. As the customer you are responsible for return shipment. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. Snags, rips, missing embellishments, make-up stains or other damages that affect an item's saleable condition will be returned back to the customer.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition.

Products can only be returned if faulty or not made to the specification given. The final decision on whether the product is faulty or not will be made once the product is received and checked by a representative in our warehouse.

If the product is considered faulty you’ll be notified by an email. We will at our discretion, either rectify the problem if the fault is minor, in case of major fault we refund the product price (excluding shipping charges). 

If the returned goods are found not to be faulty the goods will be returned to you, in this case you’ll be responsible to pay re-shipping charges plus any taxes incurred on reshipping.

We reserve the right to deny the return if we receive the item(s) any point after 10 days or if the item is sent back with any damages we were not made aware of before the item was returned, at which point the customer is responsible for re-shipping to the customer.

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


HOW TO RETURN?

Email customerserrvices@ayeshaazeem.com to request an RMA number, a representative will respond within 24hrs. If you send an email on Friday after 4pm (PST), Saturday and Sunday your email will be answered on Monday.

Check your e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail once your request has been processed, an RMA number will be issued to return the Product(s) to our Return Address.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. Place this RMA# on the outside of the box being returned. Enclose the invoice in the packaging and send it to Company’s Return Address. Returns must be made at your own cost. It is your responsibility to return the items within 10 days of receipt – furthermore the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. All returns must follow the above procedure to avoid delays in processing exchanges or refunds.

Please note if you are using Post Office services to return item(s), ensure that you obtain Proof of Postage from the Post Office before returning.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you (and you’ll be responsible for shipping charges). When your return has been accepted, we will refund the product price (excluding shipment charges).
